Results for Tulare County's Ultimate Rib Cook-Off
Bird’s Pit Crew Sweeps 2010 Rib Cook-Off
For the second year in a row, C.J. Bird, team captain of Bird’s Pit Crew of Fresno, Calif., smoked the competition winning the Pork Rib Category. Then he and his crew went on to win Beef Rib Category. Sweeping both contests, the Pit Crew was awarded $2,000 in cash at the 7th annual Rib Cook-off.
